Calculate the area of a polygon with holes in square meters. Exterior ring area minus the sum of all hole areas.

Arguments

• rings: Flat Float64Array containing all rings concatenated.
• ringSizes: Uint32Array where each element is the number of coordinates (not points) in each ring. First ring = exterior, rest = holes.

Each ring must be closed (first point = last point).
