Generate an interleaved vertex buffer for WebGL2/WebGPU.
Layout: [x, y, z, nx, ny, nz, r, g, b, a, ...] per vertex (10 floats). Normals default to (0, 0, 1) if not provided. Colors default to (255, 255, 255, 255) (white, opaque) if not provided.
